"Having tried to sell my own house through an online agent (having long been disillusioned with high street agents) I was not looking forward to having to deal with another in buying a property. But....Jennifer rang me back on a Sunday to arrange appointments; she found me 2 amazing properties-in an afternoon ( I have been looking for 8 months !!); she ferried me around in her car to see a selection of properties ( one that wasn't on the market yet); made sure I knew the area (her local knowledge is incredible) and even dropped me back off at the train station! She then secured the sale for me within the next hour (so much easier than going through solicitors). Your Conveyancer (who seller used) were initially a bit slow but even then, once I contacted Jennifer she sorted it out and I was moved in just over 3 weeks after first viewing the property! Jennifer is more like a personal property consultant than an estate agent and I cannot thank her enough!"
